Bend Public Library

The Bend Public Library was designed by
Thomas Hacker and Associates of Portland, Oregon. The 40,000 square foot Bend Public
Library opened in October 1998, and is conveniently located adjacent to downtown
Bend.
The beautiful exposed beams and high ceiling on the second floor, complemented
with generous windows looking east, gives an airy and open feeling.
Please visit our Circulation Department on the ground floor to get a Library card
or discuss your account. Our Children’s area is also on the ground floor, and is
always bustling with activity, A trip upstairs will get you to our Adult and Teen
materials, our public computers, and free wifi.
